Not disgusting at all. He was punched in the face by a millionaire who works for billionaires inside a building owned by different billionaires during an event sanctioned by more billionaires. This all happens on TV and then the original millionaire uses his platform to claim the punchee used racist language.

Honestly I would sue the shit out of anyone who said I used the N word on national TV. And then all the other people who baselessly pounded on that. Assuming it was baseless of course. In the court of public opinion, that shit is permanent unless you get a public apology or ask for a settlement like this. Anything less and it’s just ignored.

Absolutely. This season ticket holder will have everyone around him testify about his character at games as well as what he said that moment. DK and Chad Johnson are likely in trouble. People can lose careers/jobs for racist public statements now.
If this fan crossed a line a player should get security involved. Tell them what you heard and have them removed. This could be real trouble for DK. The WR should also have been removed from the game.
Only negative I see that could happen is stopping players from jumping into stands to celebrate - which will suck imho
