The guy in the stands called DK by his real name, how is that choosing violence?
And even if he did presumably called him a racisl slur ( which I donât condone) thatâs still not âchoosing violenceâ. DK was the only one who chose violence when he took a swing at the guy. If I was the guy in the stands, I would have pressed charges and sued DK.

On a national podcast Chad Johnson took DKâs story about this fan using racial and misogynistic language and broadcast that as fact. That is a real problem. Painting this fan as racist. That can cause real harm to a personâs livelihood.
This is now bigger than punching a fan in the face. DK has opened the racial can of worms and this fan is PISSED and I donât blame him. I donât know what the truth is but there were way better ways of handling this than punching a fan. THEN, running to members of the media to claim he was using racial slurs? If this isnât true that is a very bad look for DK.

served too hot, intentionally, to save pennies. coffee is brewed at 180-190ish degrees, it has to be. served at 140 degrees in normal situations. hot but not 3rd degree hot. McDonaldâs would STORE the coffee at 180-190 degrees. it was done to save money on refills (since you couldnât drink it right away) and if you inside eating you couldnât get a refill because you hadnât drank your coffee.
between 1982 and 1992 there were hundreds of injuries due to the coffee being served WAY too hot. Just to save pennies. funny thing is, itâs cheaper to just settle than actually fix it. which shows corporate thought on customers (and employees)

You should read about that coffee case. Its not quite as open and shut as all the jokes make you believe. TLDR:
The lady in question warned that McDonalds their coffee was too hot on multiple occasions. (Not sure why she kept going but beside the point) then one day while being handed said too hot coffee through the drive through the lid came off and spilled in her lap. It was so hot it melted her labia to her jeans. IT MELTED HER LABIA TO HER JEANS. She sought medical and surgical help and asked McD to pay for medical costs only. They refused and she sued and won big.

I donât even think an attorney could spin that angle. DK came over to the stands and immediately grabbed the guy and threw a punch.
DK will settle for millions out of court and rightfully so. A fool and his money are soon parted.
