Early game jitters for osu

MI defense is going to have to stop the run first

About the worse start MI could have for this game

Yeah… it’s still early though… lotta game to go. Like you said they gotta shut the run down but also, some better coverage from the secondary would help a lot. Marvin Harrison had a nice catch on the drive

Sanistril thought he had safety help. You can’t have miscommunications like that.

Harrison is going to project top 5 in the draft the way he is playing

Contrary to what the announcer said though I’m glad UM deferred, if you win the toss I think you always defer. Get the ball at halftime when everyone is settled in

Yea I agree, you want the ball to start 2nd half AND a chance to hold them on opening drive

Yep it’s too easy to go 3 and out or sputter out on offense and then you are immediately on the wrong end. Even if they score a TD first drive it’s not as difficult to overcome I think

How about you pull up 80-2000 and see how that looks. Lots of blue those years.

Even in scenario that calls for weather in the 2nd half, a wind increase etc? Not saying this game has that, but the majority of football games do have some sort of wind in them that massively impact the kicking game at some point

Something TV should actually do a better job with. Letting the people on couches know wind direction, wind speed. When it’s at your back, front etc

That’s a good point… but yeah even still. I just think defense always has the early advantage and a couple missed passes can make a quick opening drive for whoever gets the ball first

Then again maybe I’ve just watched the lions too much

I hope McCarthy figured out how to pass better this week, they will need to hit some shots today

McCarthy should’ve just taken that sack

Screen play may work here

I’m surprised the officials called that intentional grounding. Apparently the RB didn’t exist on that call
