Well that was fun for about two hours.

Yeah you’re gonna have a very hard time finding someone that doesn’t like this trade from our perspective.

OKC had to do this because they HAVE to shed salary. Their big three becomes extremely expensive starting this next season.

Same reason they dealt Aaron Wiggins to the Hawks.

Believe what you will.

That’s probably because all he does is shoot, he doesn’t bring any sort of offensive creation, but for one of the best shooters in the league it’s worth it. He’s essentially a smaller, younger better defensive version of Robinson.

My one concern is that he was benched in the playoffs but OKC is so deep that it’s hard to read too much into it.

That Chris Haynes guy who said we aren’t trading Duren also said the Celtics were getting Giannis an hour before he got traded to the Heat.

I’m hoping for the JB S&T at this point. I think we can figure out the center position.

LeVert and Duncan for Myler Turner or something would make that work well. I’d prefer to keep Joe and Duncan but I’d move Duncan to get Turner and JB.

I agree with this clown for once. Brown and Cade would be so good together and so much fun to watch.

The Pistons could almost be a completely different type of team next year.

I am on record as completely on board with trading anyone not named Cade and Ausar to get Jaylen Brown. Anyone. And I love Ron Holland. This would be amazing and I would be over the moon.

Not Flashy, but Solid move. Should get more minutes with Det than he did with OKC. Every time I saw him, looked decent. As others have said, maybe end of Duncan?

Interesting note from hoops rumors on Joe and defense, opposite of what some are saying here.

While Joe is one of the NBA’s best shooters, he’s a limited defender, which has resulted in his playing time falling off in the postseason. This spring, he saw action in 13 of OKC’s 15 playoff games but averaged just 11.0 MPG.

It shouldn’t be, unless it has to be for some other reason.

And if ā€œsome other reasonā€ is Norman Powell I’m not going to be too happy.

He at least used to be a good defender. I’m a little surprised to have seen stuff like that suggesting he wasn’t good on that end this past season.

Although, OKC has a whole team full of elite defenders, so hopefully his defense just wasn’t as good as the other guys on their team.

I’m in south florida, and watch a lot of heat games. Powell is average at best, and disappears at various times. Please do not sign him, numerous other guys out there.

Im prepared for traded Duncan Robinson/Marcus Sasser for Norm Powell resigned Duren to a overpay resigned Tobias Harris probably to a overpay resign Green

Basically run back the same team but with Powell/Joe/Okogie/Ugonna instead of Stewart/Robinson/Sasser
