The oniy difference is Jim Joyce was visibly distraught, and admitted he kicked the call because it was an egregious but honest mistake.
Nothing Honest Happened After The Clock Ran Out The First Time and No One From UMich has the Integrity to Stand Up like Joyce Did.
NCAA just called them at best liars, and likely dirty cheaters. And the Silence from Asquared is Deafening.
So, as Nature abhorrs a vacuum, it will be filled with BullShit from fans who don’t know anything offical but just run their fat yappers.

Great, if the clock on TV is the one that matters, give us back our second that you ran off the clock when Underwood spiked the ball. The ball clearly hits the ground at 10 seconds, not 9.

If #18 from Western doesn’t try to be a hero and doesn’t try and make a play on the ball the game is OVER. That ball was sailing out of bounds and out of play, he didn’t need to make an attempt on a INT. Leon Lett at its finest

You say that but they were 10-4 last year and won their conference. 9th best defense in the country. I wouldn’t be so sure your squad could handle that team

This attitude didn’t begin with the Harbaugh coaching error…I mean era. My friends that are MSU fans (see? I can be open minded!), have been telling me for decades that Michigan is the LUCKIEST team in college football, and maybe all of football history! This whole situation just adds to that narrative for them and there’s no grey area in their world. For those that hate UofM (and I get many of the reasons why you do), this is just another example of the world tilting in favor of their arch enemy. Those folks are beyond saving, or even walking it back to the point of having a reasonable discussion.

For a long, long time, the NCAA’s power has been nerfed. Technically since the early 80s loss against Georgia and ou in court. It took a bit for the results of that case to bear out, but they have resulted in the paper tiger you see today. The schools/conferences run college sports. They just use the NCAA to handle the stuff they don’t care about.

Don’t disagree there. I doubt there would be many MSU or OSU fans fussing about Michigan getting screwed. But had that been Michigan….Wolverine fans would cry about it forever as well. That’s just the way fandom goes!

I mean just take the win and move on. Why do you even care if anyone agrees or disagrees. This has always been the gripe of your fan base. It is not enough for you to win, you NEED everyone to agree that you won, that they lost, and that you are superior, oh and that deep down all other fans wish they were Wolverine Fans.
Also just for the record. You guys so under sell your mascot. I mean outside of Spartans I would love to be the MSU Honey Badgers…those are some Bad A$$ animals. You guys should be leaning in much harder on your mascots ferocious nature.

Reading comprehension must be tough for Sparties. You literally quoted me conceding that the rules weren’t followed correctly, according to the NCAA. Just so happens I’m not a fan of that rule, and I’m not sure why any football fan would be a fan of the TV clock superseding the actual clock in the stadium. But yes, according to the TV clock, there was no time left
