I have no doubt they had “the talk” with him before signing
He gets the boot there and all credibility is lost
That may be true but can’t blame Mayock for the trade last year as he wasn’t the GM until this year. The constant for both years is Chucky Gruden.

Derek Carr is going to need psychological therapy along with physical therapy this year. I’m waiting for the headline where he punches Gruden so he can get released and go to a normal franchise.
