The NBA is so weird to me now. I haven’t been into it since maybe 2012. After that it faded for the next few seasons and now I barely keep up.

The game has changed so much. Giannas will get the ball starting from full court and that’s the offense. 7+ footers are shooting 3’s. There’s no team offense, especially team defense. There’s no more positions. No structure. The all-star game as been destroyed. Everyone gets traded a million times.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but from what i understand it’s extremely popular and doing great. But man, it’s just not my game anymore.

I liked playing pickup basketball, playing organized was so lame because of the ticky tack fouls. I still wish I would played my junior and senior year of HS tho but I was too focused on recovering from injury my junior year from football.
I never really like watching basketball except for March Madness…. the 90s Bulls, and Pistons from Joe Dumars, Terry Mills, Grant Hill to the Chauncey,Sheed, Ben Wallace. Then i stopped.
I would start watching again if we could have Cade, Greek, Duren etc

I’ll be there… Will be my first time seeing them… Static-X is a band I grew up with, this will be the 5th or 6th time seeing them, saw them twice when Wayne was still alive… They always put on a great show and it’s gotten better each time.

Awesome. I never have seen them. Definitely on my bucket list from a novelty perspective. Closest I’ve seen to something Gwar adjacent was Ramstein at their zenith with the sailboat crowd surfing and ejaculating prop penis. Germans
