I’m hunkered down in my stance now. I want to keep 11 DL. Where do we find those two extra spots? 2QBs and 5 WRs? No Cabinda?

This came up last year, Campbell is intentionally putting specific players in tough situations to see how they handle adversity. Expect to see even more of this. The fun part is he still expects them to win.

Doesn’t it seem like he’s 50-50 on those flat catches? Would be nice to have a viable receiving option at Fullback if we are to roster one.

I liked how he shot the gap on one run play. Which opened a lane for a wide open TFL by either Barnes or Julian. And you’re right. If he can stay healthy, his ability to generate pressure in the middle, in a nickel package, would help Aiden and Romeo, (who I think still makes the team) or Houston/Paschal tremendously.

The biggest thing I took from last night was the impressive play of the defense. We are deep on the D-line and surprisingly at LB. It was nice to see guys who going to have big roles for us making plays.
Shit, even the TD we gave up JRM had good coverage. This is the NFL the other team makes plays too.
50/50 would be a huge upgrade. 1 catch in 4 targets for 5 yards last year, 1 carry for 4 yards, Nothing special about his special teams play? Use recent acquisition TE Daniels at FB.
Or use the roster spot on keeping both Levi and Julian and just bring waves of pass rush against the opposition a la last year’s Eagles.
