Best realistic option:

To the Mets for Jonah Tong, Jett Williams and two lottery tickets that Steve Cohen spent a ton of cash on in Ehan Pena ans Yovanny Rodriguez.

Maybe that’s unrealistic though. Is No 3, No. 4, No. 10 and no. 30 prospect too much? Would Pena be totally off limits?

  1. Andrew Painter #16 overall prospect. RHP
  2. Justin Crawford. Carl Crawfords son. OF
  3. Alec Bohm 3rd baseman.

I’d want more than that, and they won’t give that much.

I’d take more, but 2 top 50 prospects and a good young MLB 3rd baseman seems reasonable.

Average wise, Bohm would have been the best hitter on the team this year with a .280 average, and 15 homeruns to boot. He also has room to grow.

also, I don’t believe that Skubal is off the table for Philly, and that they wouldn’t give this much. I’ve seen Dombrowski work first hand for far too long.

Trading Skubal is a dumb idea

Team is built to win now. He is the guy you trade FOR when you are in the window. If they have a lousy first half then sure. Knock yourself out.
