I went for needs on this one and reached for Rising(not sure he is entering or not). I don’t know the OG in the draft well enough to pick one. I took M Smith a tad early and my one homer pick but he fits a need.
1 4. EDGE Will Anderson
1 18. CB Joey Porter
2 48. RB Zach Charbonnet
2 60. DT Mazi Smith
3 79. LB Drew Sanders
5 148. WR Charlie Jones
6 167. LB D Henley
6 179. QB Cam Rising
He’s gotten a LOT better this year, because last year he was pretty bad before the Rose Bowl. I think he’s kind of overrated by draft people, although he’s good enough now to get drafted should he declare. I still can’t really evaluate any of our defensive guys because of how unorthodox the Jim Knowles scheme is, so after a few years I’ll get a much better read on guys, but Eichenberg is playing the same positon for us that Rodrigo played for Knowles at Oklahoma State.
Overall Eichenberg has gotten a lot better this year and seems to be in the right place at the right time to make the tackle. I’m not sure if that’s scheme or if that’s just him as a player because that’s leaps and bounds different than last year. I’d rather have Jack Campbell.
I like Morris as a edge setting 1st/2nd down player. Houston or RO can be our 3rd down specialist
I think Mauch is a steal at 167 and then Jones at 176
I think he will go higher than this. He’s a freak, once he gets some actual money to feed himself he should be able to add some more solid weight as well. The D2 guys have next to zero resources for themselves when it comes to food/nutrition
What do you guys think of this one? We get the stud lb who can be a chess piece, 2 starting cbs a c/g for rg and a huge dt and a underrated rb. Heck theres a qb prospect in there too
Simpson would be great. Is he mocking in the top ten? Also, when you finish the PFN mocks, if you click a Lion at the end it will condense the picks to fit into a single screenshot
