Lots of good players left. Ponds (lost my damn bets!), Parker, Rodriguez, Young, Jacas, Allen, Bisontis, Christen Miller, Stukes, etc…

And if they want to replace AQM, Howell could be staring them in the face.

D’Angelo Ponds would fit perfectly, if an Edge doesn’t drop we love. He’s gritty, loves football, plays Nickel(which we need), and has been very healthy which we can’t say for Rakestraw.

Trade down is still available

No one knew we were drafting an OT in round 1.

And no one knows if we are drafting an Edge tomorrow.

I still think we will make an attempt to trade up for Zion but I hope we wait until he gets in a range that don’t cost too much.

Yeah, it must have killed Brad to not trade up in the first round. He did say he explored that in his presser tonight. He exhausted his full supply of patience, I’m pretty sure.

I’d prefer staying at #50 for Derrick Moore and keeping both 4th round picks for a quality TE and another edge. I believe there will be good value at both positions, even we don’t get my specific darlings.

It seems he was trying to trade up for, you guessed it, Blake Miller!

I’d like a DE and a CB before we draft any other positions. I would like a TE somewhere on day 3. I would be ok with Moore, Jacas. or DDS. I just think the Lions will want Zion.

Love Ponds as well and he could be the guy. That said, we did sign Auburn CB Roger McCreary as a FA from Tennessee and he is a solid nickel.

If McCoy is there when we draft, he’s a Lion.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they traded up for him. I would bet my ridiculous McDonald’s salary that he is by far the highest rated player left for us.

And also Brian Branch returning from Achillies who could very well move back into that position rather than the rover safety.

He’s so good near the LOS

Was the plan all along. And a pretty obvious one that makes a ton of sense actually. Move Sewell to LT, grab him.

Done. Next.

This mock draft has us landing him at 60

I would love to draft Rodriquez and trade a 4th for Thibs. I would feel a lot better about this off-season. I don’t think we trade for Thibs though.

I’d probably be happy with any of those guys except Kayden McDonald because of the redundancy with Tyleik.

I also don’t know enough about Christen Miller or Treydan Stukes.

He probably had a raging boner for Proctor, but couldnt make it happen…makes sense, looks like Brad was sitting kind of funny at his presser, trying to ease his honolulu blue balls
