There is ZERO reason for any team not in the bottom 4 to have a chance for the #1 pick. That is completely asinine… and only opens the “conspiracy” debate.
It also completely kills the chance for parity.

MCW may have been one of the worst RoY in decades. Jrue Holliday on the other hand, went from solid regularin Philly tand was an All Star hisnlast 76er season (nice sell high there) and one helluva defender and a 6th man award after he left.

B) Teams still tank, the lottery doesn’t work.
C) Lets change the odds so teams really don’'t tank.
D) Odds are changed…teams still tank.

Lets say a team in game 60 still has chance to make it in the playoffs, but my game 70 their out, how do we know that team the last 12 games isnt going to tank as well?
