One of the things that bugs me about him is that he is never “wrong” and never makes mistakes. It can be clear what happened in a given situation, and he will still attempt to twist the story in hindsight.

Why is the whole world white washing that Matt Ryan was terrific for quite a while? Shanny did elevate his play of course but he was a very, very good NFL QB.

So was George Patton. Sometimes, not always, but sometimes being a dick is in line with being a formidable leader.
I have seen leaders in the business world who I could not stand personally, but led their teams to fantastic revenue and market share gains. This is obviously true sometimes in football too.
True, but military history is filled with crappy generals that wre A-holes as well.

not sayng Matt Ryan wasn’t a very good QB…
as much as I was pointing out that Shanahan has played his 3 Super Bowls against the 2 QBs that have won more Super Bowls than other QBs in the past 25 years.
