Pickens was a second-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. He undoubtedly will seek a new contract after the upcoming season when the sides are allowed to renegotiate his rookie contract for the first time.
If no player is involved, the 49ers could seek two second-day after picks. Let’s say the 49ers acquire second- and third-round selections from Pittsburgh, along with another pick in the 2026 draft.

For those who dont know, this lad here has been leaking and calling stuff all season before it has happend.
He called the Sewell and ARSB extentions hours before it happend.
Called out the Love and Tua extensions days before it happend
and said the Giants were trying to trade up for Maye (Which hard knocks confirmed).
Rumors are this guy is part of Athletes First, which represents Aiyuk, Love and Tua, so Im of the belief Aiyuk is more than likely a steeler.

Twitter chat sounds like it’s a done deal to Pittsburgh but I don’t believe it. I don’t care what anyone says, losing Aiyuk right now is a huge loss to SF.

If the 49ers don’t do better than a second round pick and change from a team that hasn’t finished under .500 in over two decades then that is a colossal failure.
So, pick 50 something, a day three pick and some bit player? Yuck! I mean it’s an awesome yuck of course but still a yuck.
