Id rather keep goff plus add another top defender vs taking the extremely low probability chance that we find a qb better than goff with that high pick.

Goff has really made me eat crow after last year, now go drop 40 on the Vikes and leave no doubt! Big QB’s step up in big games, and this is a huge ■■■■■■■ game!

We’re going to make a playoff push and it’s an uphill battle. Goff is playing quality, winning football right now. If he can play well enough to get us in, the job is his. If he falls short, but plays quite well, it’s 50/50. If he falters down the stretch, when it matters most… buh bye now.
I like Jared, but when ppl say he’s proven enough to stick… it’s what he does when we’re playing for more than pride that will define him. The next five games will determine his future here.

If you think there is a $26-$29 million per season difference in the production between these QBs and Goff you have been drinking too much Kool Aid. Trading Goff and drafting Young is the easiest decision this regime has had to make.
You can tell Campbell wants his guy at the QB position. He knows Goff ain’t it.
