Terrion, did we judge to quickly?

The teenagers were at the party according to police records. However, so were the two defendants and another theory to the case is, the so called “girlfriend”, orchestrated the entire event. She stole all the cash and property along with her co-defendant, and independently attacked the victims to prove to Arnold they didn’t do it. It was all a smoke screen and now they are accusing Arnold to save themselves from long prison sentences. The two co-defendants looked very shady, Arnold’s mistake was being evolved with them or having them as friends, bad choice.

According to police statements… Arnold was DRIVING THE VEHICLE away from the apartment… with the victims being held against their will.:man_facepalming::open_mouth:

He wasn’t just riding along…. he was the DRIVER!!!

Unless both victims and all of the orher suspects lied to police, it seems pretty unlikely that this version of events is not accurate.

The story that I posted was from the chauffeur, he stated Arnold was not present and that the two defendant set Arnold up to rob him and then tried to blame the two victims, the two defendants have all the goods. They are the criminals and you are believing their story. Remember the police were not there and are investigating the story. How would it make sense that Arnold was driving the vehicle, if his chauffeur is defending him. The chauffeur stated he did not hear Arnold’s voice at anytime during the event. He believes the six defendants acted independently of Arnold and also stole the property. He could not see who kidnapped and beat him he was blind folded.

What story did you “post”???

There is no link to anything, and everything I can find indicates that the chauffeur is one is of the 3 guys that went to police.

If the police took his statement… along with all their cell phone records… I’m not really believing that they are criminal masterminds.

Yes, it is true that the chauffeur stated he did not hear Terrion Arnold’s voice, and that the defense maintains the other defendants are responsible for the theft of the jewelry and money. [1, 2]

The specific details behind those two facts are outlined below:

  1. The Chauffeur Did Not Hear Arnold’s Voice

During court proceedings and according to investigative summaries, it was explicitly stated that Arnold did not speak during the live-streamed assault. While co-defendant Arianna Del Valle live-streamed the interrogation to Arnold and his associates via FaceTime while they were driving, the victims noted they did not hear Arnold’s voice or verbal input on the transmission. [1]

  1. The Belief That the Co-Defendants Stole the Goods

The narrative that the co-defendants were the actual thieves who stole Arnold’s money and luxury goods—and then tried to blame the driver—is a central pillar of Arnold’s defense. [[1](https://www.cbsnews.com/detroit
/news/terrion-arnold-mentioned-in-texts-assault-and-robbery-case/)]

Pro athletes often get set up by criminals like these, I believe this is one of those set ups. Terrion Arnold is a victim too in this crime.

.

.

That’s it?

That’s your “evidence” that he is innocent… because he didn’t speak on the facetime???

He still willingly drove the vehicle with 2 kidnapped people that were robbed of their possessions!

Not because he didn’t speak, but because the absence of his voice is indicative of him not being there, duh.

Where did you get info he drove the vehicle of the kidnapped people, I have not found that anywhere.

The story that IS out there is that he picked up his girlfriend after the incident.
Arnold’s defense argued in court, that the girlfriend called him several time distressed and he went and picked her up. Arnold did not enter the apartment and he did not drive any victims.

Arnold’s Actual Alleged Driving: Court documents and prosecutors state that Arnold was driving a vehicle at the scene, but it was to pick up and transport his co-defendants (specifically removing them from the scene so they would not be “traumatized”), rather than driving the victims themselves. [1, 2]

Even if they are conflicting reports….

both of them have Terrion at the scene of the crime aiding a felony.

That is THE BEST CASE SCENARIO….

and frankly….

that isn’t good enough to pass the “no turds” policy in Detroit.

Agreed on this. And honestly my opinion is simply that Sheila told him to tell him the truth of what happened. When it became public that he had more involvement than he had told her, she invoked the no turds policy.
