What am I missing here?
The judge said its the 1st quarter, there is reason for probable cause, Terrion is involved, we cut him because a) he’s casting a worldwide negative cloud over the organization and b) he’s not as good as they had hoped, easy out of his contract.
He’s no longer a Lion, case closed.

Balancing that line is a fine one, they don’t want to give too much of their strategy away to the defense but

Ta hired a big time lawyer and the last thing you want to do is give a guy like that ammo. The above is correct there isn’t any compelling reason for the da to lay out their entire case right now and let money bags lawyer pick it apart between now and the start of the trial

My understanding is the prosecutor doesn’t have to show all his evidence until discovery. This is just to show that there is enough to go to trial. I’m not an attorney and am likely very wrong. I’m sure someone that knows much more than my limited scope will correct me.

Part of the problem is that the police think the guys who TA’s crew beat and tortured had nothing to do with the original robbery.

Take it for what it’s worth, but the prosecutors say the police investigated those kids and determined they were not the thieves. I say kids because the victims apparently are teenagers.
