I agree that one more pass on the writing and anchoring it a bit more in Star Wars parlance would have been nice. Get a âI find your faith disturbingâ in there somewhere. Etc.
But in general, as far as civil disobedience pranks go this one is way up there IMO.

Darth has a good handle on what it takes to draw attention to one among a myriad of issues.
Americans hate being surveilled upon. I wonder if big tech just stepped in something and this extends to data and a reevaluation of privacy laws. If Americans demanded a European leaning stance on privacy that would be awful for big tech. For meâŚ

I think resistance is futile once you leave the confines of your home, and even at home Siri and Alexa kinda know whatâs going on. Privacy is becoming a quaint concept.

A while back I changed a setting on my phone because I read an article about being invisible to trackers. (My thinking was you never know when youâre going to want to murder someone.) And I forgot about it. The phone functioned well.
Then I lost that phone a couple months ago and when I downloaded from the cloud, there were lots of things missing, especially phone humbers that I added in the relatively recent past.
My primate mind connected those two facts and I decided to just not take my phone in the future when I murder.
