Bingo. Lions winning is all that matters. The Lions D gave up 7 points to the Raiders and had 6 sacks. Yet here we are talking about a certain linebackers snap counts over and over.
Based on last year game film you could argue Rodrigo deserves more snaps. He barely plays this year. But who the fook cares…we are 6 and 2 and actually have decent depth at linebacker.

I was looking for another angle that would show whether he was tripped-up or not on the play. Does it show if he was tripped or if he stepped on the O-lineman’s foot?..nevermind, looks like an inadvertent trip.

I think the fine was warranted. Even though he may have been tripped, there was no reason to drop his head and essentially spear at the knee of the opposing QB.
Had he kept his head up and attempted to grab the QB, he might have avoided the fine or possibly even the penalty. Dropping your head and hitting the QB’s lower leg with with crown of the helmet is a penalty/fine expense.
