I grow 90% of the fruits and vegetables I eat. I may even start raising meat rabbits. I can see distilling my own alcohol in my future as well.

I highly doubt it. Montgomery is vegan. While I fully recognized that no one knows WTF goes into hot dogs, they are technically meat based. Their ingredients come from the remains of something that had a mama.

Just paid $7.25/lb for lean grass fed burger from a local farmer. Was cheaper than Walmart’s “organic grass fed”.

I was using bone in chicken thighs and the Meijer randomly cut bone in pork chops as meat for my dog. Then the price of those chops doubled in less than a year, so now I only buy them on sale. I can still mix up her diet a little with things like chicken gizzards and fish.
As for beef prices, the only beef she gets are cow ears. I don’t even buy beef for the humans in the house unless it’s on sale these days.

Sure is. They got rid of the meat counters. Once they did that it ■■■■■■ my wife and I up. There is two us we dont need a lb of hamburger. Just enough to make two burgers. Plus I can see how much we are actually getting
