When Chris Spielman drew up the “founding principles" of who we are today, he had an eye on this particular situation. In Spielman’s brain he was already thinking about getting good coaches in the building…spending time developing them…then dealing with turnover as those guys get promoted outside of the organization.
Dan’s job is to scout coaches the way Brad scouts players.
