These weather delays are annoying. With all of the money the NFL is making you’d think they’d rent one of the Government’s weather machines on Sundays.
What?
Dan would have went for it ….. Vrabel =

Or at least, you know, kick a 52 yard field goal. I wouldn’t have freaked out over that choice.
Football is turning into a wussy sport like Golf and Baseball.
They need to get back to being a man’s sport and play in the damn rain like …. Fishing or Formula One racing.
Hockey plays in the rain too …. Right?
How about Explosive bowlng? The pins are glued down and you have to time the charge just right.
My nine year old says he wants to play. Boys and their pyromania.
Lol Flacco lol would be hilarious
Green Bay starts 0-2 after losing to Lions and Commanders.
Chicago starts 0-2 after losing to Minny and Lions.
That would be a dream scenario.
Along with the Jets starting 2-0 beating Pit and the Bills.
With Pit starting 0-2….
I would love to see Bears and Steelers fans melting down over Justin Fields and the Jets.

This is all crazy talk…
.
Haven’t you all heard that Ben Johnson was THE MAGIC that made the Lions offense work???
.
The Lions are destined to fail without BJ…
and Engstram couldn’t have possibly learned enough under the maestro to ever be effective away from BJ…
.
Dan Campbell is clearly NOT able to develop quality assistant coaches in the same way that McVay and Shanahan can produce…
so this is all just a folly. /s. ![]()

Crazy thought here:
As our profile continues to be raised and Dan proves to be a vehicle for climbing the coaching latter the inherent talent of our replacement coaches will exceed their predecessors. Now they may need incubation but I think I’m drawing a logical conclusion here.

I’m watching that one too. Remember that Tanner Engstram is the Jets’ OC coming over with AG. Their offense with Fields is looking good. Lots of references to the “Dan Campbell influence”. I’d usually be rooting for the Steelers, but find myself rooting for the Jets with all the ex-Lions.
Yep I’ve always liked Tanner and felt he was a big loss for us. His offense looks damn good. Everyone’s expecting Morton to have struggles and I’m just not buying it. Especially with Dan heavily involved in the play calls.
I think the Lions will come out firing on all cylinder. Theres just too much talent on the Lions.
I really hope the Jets win

I brought this talk up in another thread and was told by one poster on here that no one is saying that and I was making it up.
So …

100%. If you are young, super smart and love Dan’s style of grit, Detroit is the place to be. Winning organizations constantly replace their staffs. Getting in good young coaches is just as important as drafting good if you want to maintain as an NFL organization.

Great Hutch segment on ESPN pregame show
I’m wearing my Hutch jersey today… expecting a big game from him.
I really think the Lions will slant him inside over their new guard and test him
Same… Rocking the white Hutch
D.J. Glaze literally sounds like a DJ name.
A Rod continues to annoy me, it seems. This time not as a person, but as a football player.
AG out there showboating (silly ass dance) instead of coaching
Arg the jets gave up the lead
Jets are lookin like the 21 Lions. Clearly lack of some talent, but they’re playing hard, smashmouth football
Panthers may be the first 0-17 team. They look awful!
Let’s go Justin!
