Costa Rica is part of the West. I am a citizen of a Western country. Even though I am an expat at present, does that mean I donât care about what happens back home, and how it could impact my nieces and nephews etc? (Thatâs an ad hominem argument btw)

Funny my wife had same doctor for 10 years. And made my wife suffer because she thought it was allegeirs, but turned out to be cancer. And now were dealing with it still. If that bitch dr took care of my wife instead making money of her , my wife would be cancer free

I also 15 years ago had a bad case of mono. I was in and out at my family Drâs for two months back and forth they thought it was just Streep throat, but till I couldnât swallow liquid it was time for er. Because the dr failed . I was in the hostipal for four days. My organs were falling I lost 40 lbs in a month and a half. They also thought I had throat cancer luckily I didnât. The dr said it was the worse case she has ever saw. My throat was so bad that I pea size hole to swallow.
