I would love a knuckleballer in the bp. How frustrating would it be to get all timed up on the 94+ mph fastball from the starter to have to try and hit loopy bloops that dance all over.

Wow, thatâs pretty amazing.
In this day of âquality startsâ and five, six, 7 inning games from starters, Iâm surprised that you donât see âteam winsâ in alot of conversations, rather than âwinsâ. I guess Melton has been pretty lucky that the BP has not been blowing games that he starts.

Their pitching staff will be amazing but if you really look at their lineup they have more problems than people realize.

Sparky Anderson used to say to look at the loss column in the standings. Well there are six teams within one loss difference for the wild card. A win tonight puts them half game back in this logjam.
