Valdez started the year 4/5 in QS. Since then, 3/9.

In fairness Vierling hit that ball 407 feet. tough break there he crushed that
I would like to see Carp get some chances vs lefties. He’s never gonna learn to hit them when he never gets a chance.

The ironic thing is that Vierling entering the game made it easy for the Twins to the lefty (Adams) out of the game with Dingler up next.
Adams’ ERA is over 7.00 for each of the last 2 seasons.

His last start was April 29th. So only missed about 6 weeks after surgery. Pretty incredible.
