Very clever…but actually a borderline slapstick ridiculous comparison
I’ll assume you’re joking ( but of course)
Tyreeks actions and personal accountability afterwards do not reflect well

Are you saying this won’t cost the tax payers ?
For that , I guess we need to let it play out.
I’ll assume you’re joking
Never!
This all reminds me of that time that R. Kelly made his complaint to the NAA She Pee.
For those interested, The Civil Rights Lawyer posted a video on youtube explaining the legalities of the situation. Summary…not great for the cops.
Oh and I am sure the arrest was due to a dozen unpaid parking tickets and driving violations that he never paid.
Proof? Or are you making shit up?
I’m assuming because he was on the ground that it was a bit of a scuffle.
Stop assuming and watch the video.
The assumptions and accusations made in this thread against Hill are disgusting.
Be better people!!
I have a feeling “Do you know who I am?” came up in the conversation.
Nope. Your assumption made an ass out of you.
You start a traffic stop by yelling at the cops 4 times Dont knock on my window, and follow it up with a Just gimme my ticket I gotta go…
You aren’t going to be quickly given a ticket or get any benefit of any doubt.
Cop got triggered and he should have not escalated (or de-escalated).
When Tyreek says to Calais “call Drew” over and over again, Id be interested to see hiw quickly Rosenhuas triggered MDPD getting that Supervisor out there to tell the officer to get that ticket written and move on. PDQ I suspect.
All of the cops will be fired. That is what you need to know. They violated his 4th admendment right. Cops are sworn to uphold the constitution.
Dude who grabbed him is in trouble, unnecessary force. Needless escalation.
Rest are backup and doubtful to me at least they have much administrative involvement
IMO. Not a lawyer, police expert or constitutional scholar.
There were several cops in the wrong who used unnecessary force. There was no calm communication. There was no reasonable explanation of why they wanted him out of the car.
The lawsuit is going to be big. And they will definitely check to see if these cops had money on the game. I think the cops were trying to effect the score.
To say Hill was a complete ■■■■■■■ moron during the stop, might be an understatement.
How stupid do you have to be to be rolling a tinted window up during a traffic stop?
And a 6’8" man moving to the scene to “de-escalate”. Sit off to the side and wait to talk to someone.
There wouldn’t be a reason to de-escalate if Hill wasn’t the self-absorbed, entitled, arrogant piece of shit he has always been.
The cops went too far when dealing with this asshole. That’s on them, but I do get a kick how the media refuses to point to how poorly Hill handled this whole situation. Probably not wanting to piss of Rosenhaus? It would have not have ever gotten close to this if Hill wasn’t the ass that he is.
The cops shit on the bill of rights the moment they pulled him out of the car.
It isnt illegal to be an asshole. What the cops did violated the constitution.
The cops are 100000% in the wrong here. End of story.
If you think what Hill did was enough to get him pulled out of the car you are wrong. These are corrupt cops with no defense.
Ok a little more research shows that a cop needs to reasonably have suspicion that someone is armed and/or a threat to order them out of the car. There very well could be a 4th amendment violation here.
Not only can they not order him out of the car. Tyreek has the legal right to roll his window back up. You are not legally required to keep it rolled down. The ACLU recommends you keep it open just far enough to hand them your license and registration. Being disrespectful is not a justifiable reason for the officers to act that way.
This won’t end well for those police officers. They clearly violated his rights.
Mistakes were made all around.
In the end, it’s traffic tickets, butthurtiness on both sides and a neccessary review of police action.
I’m not holding my breath for;
-Substantive change in police procedure overall in MDPD
-Anyone in the media or the team FO or in Hill’s life holding him accountable.
-Hill changing his spots (heh) and becoming a better human being
It isnt against the law to be a butthead. Cops have to be able to deal with buttheads in a calm matter or they arent qualified to do the job. Period. Training cops to remain calm during high stress situations needs to be instituted nation wide immediately.
The cops had zero right to pull him from his vehicle.
The cops had zero rights to put hands on him.
The cops commited criminal actions and shit on the constitution.
Cops are often overly aggressive, but I even posted on The Washington Post, that even as a middle-aged white guy, I would expect the same treatment if I didn’t comply rolling down my tinted windows.
He put that cop in a bad situation. Hill bragged about “not cussing”, but he was being an asshole.
Roll your window down and keep your hands on the top of the steering wheel. The moment that window went back up, I would have been worried he was going for a gun. If you’re a cop in the USA, you better know that guns are everywhere.
Oh and I am sure the arrest was due to a dozen unpaid parking tickets and driving violations that he never paid.
The rumor is that there was an outstanding warrant bc Tyreek Hill was pirating NFL Sunday Ticket.
