Isaiah Williams $225k guaranteed base. It’s no coincidence that if a player that is on the practice squad for the entire year earns $225K.
But yea, I’d give him an above average shot of making roster, but practice squad is the floor.

Usually when you have a guaranteed base, there’s a high probability that the Lions foresee the player as a PS player at a minimum.

Rex is a big pass catching red zone threat but I’m not sure his blocking is good enough to keep him on the roster.

I watched I. Williams. I know there is a lot of hope he makes it, as he was a QB in HS. He just did not have the necessary acceleration to me. He wont be replacing Kalif Raymond. Maybe a practice squad guy in my opinion. He will be very fortunate to make our PS in my opinion.

For 15 years I’m scouring the internet and populating my depth chart with UDFA’s as they’re being added (or rumored to be added), hoping to find a gem to fill a roster spot.
This year?
Meh.
The likelihood of any of these guys making the current roster is so low that it’s not worth the effort. I’ll add them when the dust clears. This is unfamiliar territory for me.
