Uhh....welcome back Jarrad Davis?

I hope you’re right. I absolutely loathe this guy.

Well, the problem with the puzzle under those that shall not be mentioned is that their puzzle had no picture on the box. And when it said 4-6 years on the side they figured that’s how much time they had to figure it out.

I love it! :joy::joy::joy:

Collins was AWFUL last year. He purposely loafed. There is no other explanation for his level of play.

And somehow Davis was even worse.

Hey this staff turned around Tracy Walker after Patricia ruined him among other castaways (Charles Harris). We just have to have a wait and see approach. I trust Campbell and Holmes And the rest of our coaching staff a hell of a lot more than the previous so.

Did Davis casually jog on the field???

Not sure you can get any worse than quitting on your teammates.

Not a sign of greatness?

Hey, if you want to get laughed at pick guys who you think we should watch months before the combine.

Yep, he’s that f’n bad. Or maybe you have a short memory?

His “exit interview” from the Jets…
The Jarrad Davis signing was always one of the most curious moves general manager Joe Douglas made this offseason.

Signed to a one-year, $5.5 million contract on the first day of free agency, Douglas and the Jets coaching staff saw Davis as a day-one starter despite his struggles with the Detroit Lions.

The Jets believed that they would be able to harness Davis ’ athleticism and natural gifts to help develop him into the three-down linebacker they thought he could be.

An ankle injury sidelined Davis for the first seven weeks of the season but, upon his return, he was immediately thrust into the starting lineup alongside C.J. Mosley. That experiment didn’t last long, however.

The Jets quickly realized the liability that Davis was and the former Lions draft bust was benched in favor of Quincy Williams after just three games. He would spend the rest of the season as the team’s third linebacker and on special teams.

Needless to say, that’s not the type of production or impact the Jets were hoping for when they signed Davis. But in reality, it’s probably what should have been expected.

Yep, but if we get LB depth and special teams help, if we can also coach him up to be a starter in this D it’s a good thing.

OP, you blew the thread title…

Guess who’s back, back again?
Jarrad’s back, tell the Den.

If you can keep him going downhill, simplify and let him play fast, blitz and in particular delay blotz him often and keep him out of man cover situations as much as possible then he’s not a bad player.

His weaknesses are pronounced though so when his put in a bad situation it tends to get ugly.
