I just heard that Warde Manuel is on his way out the door. They are working on a buyout and it should be complete in a week or two.
Super nice guy but I definitely think this is right move. Way too many negative things has happened under his watch.

Yep thatās all true. He still calls my uncle all the time and asks how everyone is doing. When my Grandpa got sick he called him once a week, no matter what he had going on. He really cared.
He has skeletons too though, and I get the sense that he was more involved with the Moore scandal than people know. Much in the way Moore was being blackmailed by Samaj Morgan for playing time, I believe Manual was in a similar position.
Alot of that is conjecture on my part based on tidbits that I picked up. Donāt be surprised though if lots of really nasty things come out after heās gone. Especially if that lawsuit the girl filed goes to court (which I doubt it will)

Because you mentioned this, do you (or does anyone) remember a blog/website called Detroit Sports Rag? I forget the name of the guy who ran it, but he seemed to have some connections and would drop some insider informationā¦ anyway, the reason I ask is because he used to go hard after Justin Spiro and I believe Jordan Acker, would trash them and call them out whenever he could.
He was on Twitter too after the Rag ended, but no idea if he still is, I havenāt been on there in years. Anyway, your comment made me think of that, just a random tangent!

This guy is part of the problem and should have been gone years ago, much like Manuel. Been using that position to further his political career since he got there (heās not the first, last or only).

Rumor is Beilein might be named interim AD while a national search begins. Options in a national search include Trev Alberts (Texas A&M AD) and Martin Jarmond (UCLA AD).

Trev Alberts is interesting. Didnāt like him as a tv personality and seems like a follow the money guy as he left his alma mater for ATM. But NIL has been booming for him.
