Third day is enjoyable, think i have a few of their songs on my excercise playlist.
Yea I’d never heard of them until recently. Good stuff. Been listening to a few of their playlists on Spotify.
Are you familiar with Casting Crowns?
Yes, heard a few songs. They popped up on the recommendations. Will check out more. Any particular songs I should look for?
East to West is one I enjoy.
Just be Held
One of my favorite Third Day songs is Soul on Fire
Another group
for King and Country
Fix my eyes
Fight on Fighter
Oh God Forgive us
God Bless the USA is always great to hear
LOL, @wolfcub36 many years ago, when we were planning our wedding, we had a notion to have my future (now present) wife walk down the aisle to this song. We wanted to see the look on our grandparents’ faces.
Great topic, 57!
My all time favorite artist is Van Morrison. While I can’t choose among his many masterpieces which is my favorite, in the spirit of “positive and uplifting”, I thought of this little known song by him, “Cleaning Windows”.
I love the message of a guy who is working hard and happy with his relatively simple life, is making the best of it, and has time to smell the roses paying tribute to several blues artists. I also love the contrast of Jack Schroer’s sax and the meandering mandolin in this song.
The world would be a better place if more people had this outlook on life.
Enjoy:
Thx brother. Love it
mesmerizing story, there.
This guy is one of the best when it comes to uplifting and positive music.
Not everyone loves it, but if you do - the library is enormous.
Robert Palmer always had a tight band.
This is a song I lift and hike to fairly frequently.
The drummer and bass player here… The rhythm section…Good Lawd.
And what succinct lead guitar. Really on point.
