What tv/streaming plans you guys use to watch NFL

I wanted to ask you guys what’s the best Plan you guys recommend for the up and coming NFL season. I know that YouTube won the rights for NFL Sunday ticket, what do you guys have?

I was thinking about getting a VPN this year and just use the VPN to get NFL game pass international at least then you get to watch all the games live without block outs.

Tell me your guys set up and recommendations

I use YouTube TV for lions, ABC/ESPN, NBC, CBS, FOX, NFL Network, and NFL Redzone + Amazon Prime for Thursday Night Football.

I’ve considered getting NFL+ as well for all 22 film.

Waiting to see what options are offered via YTV’s NFL package; per team whole league etc.
I usually just use a random stream which I will continue for the NFL, but if I can get a Lions only option and be able to pause, record etc, I’m in.

What are the YouTube one’s fees?
You can watch live AND replay on that, correct?

You boys are gonna be disappointed in me, but I will most likely be watching a lot of games recorded this year. I need the best option for recorded games…
I truthfully don’t even care what it costs.

DAZN here in Canada.
Only way I can get all the NFL action at the moment.

IPTV. I live just outside Columbus and it was the easiest / cheapest way to get my Detroit sports. Google IPTV. There’s many services out there you just have to pick one that works for you.

Your best option for recorded games IMO would be NFL+. There are a few different levels of service. On the highest one, you would have access to the All 22 camera angle. You will also have access to the 30 minute quick version of the games, where they cut out the fat between plays. It would also give you access to quickly dial up any game around the league you want, even games from years ago. So if you wanna see Matt Stafford lead an overtime win vs the Vikings, you are only a few clicks away.

Isn’t NFL+ focused on local games?
I live in GA and FL, BN is in FL so he would have access to local games such as the Buccaneers.

When does the game replay on NFL+ become available for all teams ie those not in your local market?
Is it on Sunday or on Monday?
Is it full game or just condensed?
I like the all22 access and it’s only $24yr. May be a cheap way to get to the all22.

24 for the remainder of THIS year.

Really, it’s 10 per month.

You get access to recorded games and some other little items, but it is no replacement for anything Live.

The local access you’re given is the local team on mobile devices.

Bottom line for me is they’re all trash.

Best subscription for the money is Sling Blue + Orange, but you’re not getting any out of market stuff except TNF and MNF.

Basically it all sucks

Well, there are other options.
However, last I had saw YTV was going to offer a per team option instead of all or nothing for their version of YTV. I hope this is correct, I will pay for that if it allows for pausing recording etc etc.
Can use other options for rest of the NFL games.

Hoe-Lee-Schyyyiiit!
Just looked up YTV, & they want 54/month for the first 3 months, then 64.99/month after that.
WTF?
For tv?
That is NOT counting NFL. If that is what I have to do in order to watch the Lions, I’m all in.

This looks like an AMAZING deal, brother. 24/YEAR? Wow! Crushes other things I’ve seen.

Thanks for sharing

10/month for the recorded stuff is still worth it for me, man.

I have an antenna because I’m close enough for both home and work; that is live though so I have to live with it (no worries I have TVs at work so I’m good for both). When I’m at home, I have a USB drive in my TV which allows me to pause for 90 minutes in the event I need to leave the game for a bit.

I have NBC w/ my very cheap internet cable package. $19/month for like 30 channels I choose but internet only which is fine because if I’m not at a ROKU TV I’m at a TV that has one connected to it. Point being, that gets me SNF. I can also log in at work which gives me NBC sports but I never need it because of the antenna.

I have ESPN+ for free with my Disney+ / Hulu subscription so MNF is covered (as is the Manning broadcast).

NFLN is one of the 30 I picked in the cable a la carte, so I’m good there for those atrocious TNF games.

I guess the point is I’m covered all around. Best friend has Netflix and HBO max as well as Spectrum from her parents, co-worker has Paramount+ as well as Showtime, I have Hulu and Disney+ which gets me ESPN+ and I have Shudder as well as Peacock. One of us has Apple. I forget who but it isn’t me.

The only ones really paying anything are the best friends’ parents who have the FULL package of everything because they still do just the cable thing. This allows me to log into any app (things like A&E or TNT or HGTV as examples).

Basically we all come together and form like Voltron and costs all parties involved like $40 a month for anything you can ask for. I can live with that.

In any NFL emergency I am proficient enough to deep dive and find a stream.

My apologies that turned into a long-winded diatribe I was not anticipating but the fingers wouldn’t stop typing :joy:

If you have a child in college you can “sign them up” for Sunday ticket for $99 I believe. My kids’ tuitions will be paying for my football for a decade or so.
