It could get even worse, if he can’t be here after the preseason, there’s a good chance when he does come back that it takes him and Goff time to get on same page you could be looking at 10 games or more before he becomes a threat. He litterly kick this team in the balls.

Agreed, Jamo is stupid, but at least it wasn’t nfl games. CJ Moore was ■■■■■■■ playing in games all season and betting on the nfl… now that is some ■■■■■■ up shit. Was he betting on the Lions? Against the Lions? Against the spread? So ■■■■■■■ stupid, he’ll never play again in the nfl, career over.

Don’t know about everyone else but IT policies where I work prevent access to gambling sites and I’m pretty sure if I was caught gambling on my phone through the public WiFi I would be subject to discipline.
These are grownups with jobs who have to respect workplace rules just like everyone else. To the extent the fact that they work in a highly visible industry only enhances the importance of adherence.
I was a dealer at a casino in Detroit for a while and one of the rules was that I couldn’t gamble there. It seems like a really obvious rule to me, and when I want to get my gamble on I went down the street.

Jamo is allowed to bet college, just not at the facility. This really is kind of ridiculous, if he did it in an Uber, he’s good, at home, he’s good at the facility……6 game suspension. Seems a bit excessive to me.

Gotta have a gambling addiction to be betting on nfl games while playing. I wonder if we will ever find out the details of these bets. It’s one thing to bet on other teams, but if he’s betting on Lions games, wow that would be ugly. The integrity of the game is out the window at that point.
We signed Moore to a new contract on March 20th, so Holmes obviously didn’t know about this gambling scandal yet.
