Seem to Prefer UM to this point.
Sagarin has it around -11
FPI has it around -9 (& 74% chance of a win)
SP+ has it around -11
Anything can happen.
UM needs to get pressure on Penix, his completion rate craters when he throws on the run iirc.
Can UM’s DL get pressure against that OL will determine this game.
UW is not a great tackling team, I would think that favors Blake Corum.

Washington is like the 2021 buckeyes with an even worse defense. Michigan needs to get off to a good start and limit Washington’s possessions with some long 7-9 min td drives. if this happens Michigan should win by 10 at least

If Michigan gets their running game going early, this game could get ugly.
They’re going to have a tough time with Penix. The dude is otherwordly good.

It all depends on how UM’s DL fares against UW OL.
What will Minter draw up to confuse Penix, can he confuse him?
UM has some pretty good DB’s the Will Johnson vs Udonze matchup should be a good one.

I had the opportunity to go, but it wasn’t in the cards.
Im getting pretty excited for Monday though.
Tice used to pick Penix apart like crazy. Dane too.
I like Nate and he’s knowledgeable but he didn’t do as much draft-centric stuff prior to this year so the evolution of his takes have been wild. Rome Odunze he dismissed as just a big slot in the summer and now he wants to have his babies.
