100% and I really don’t know. I think everyone outside allen park is in the dark on this one.
All I know is that with the deficiencies on OL and at the DE position, if they take a CB coming off an ACL tear in the 1st round, I’ll be calling for Holmes to be fired every single week of this upcoming season.

No one would’ve believed AQM would be a double digit sack guy a year ago opposite of Hutch… Every one of those 2nd round guys are more talented than anyone the Lions have had on the roster minus Davenport, but he can’t stay healthy.
For sure. By reliable I meant a guy stacking 10 sack years over and over again. That’s a 30m second contract player currently. Who knows what that will go for four years from now.

Why cuz CB isn’t a “need”…..but in reality it kind of is….. Reed, Sin and McCreary all only signed thru next year. TA is entering his 3rd year and has shown next to nothing. I haven’t even mentioned our question mark at the safety position. Our secondary needs help
I truly believe if they put a legitimate DE opposite of Hutch, he’ll be a 8-12 sack guy consistently.
It doesn’t matter who they pick…
some people around here will call for the best GM of Lions modern history to be fired…. even after 4 straight winning seasons…. and having one of the best young cores in the NFL.

No, because Brad has terrible luck with adding players with injury histories to the team and the OL was a huge liability last year.
