What’s with Mims falling? I know he’s inexperienced but still, guys like that do not come around very often. Is it a Georgia thing? Isaiah Wilson fatigue maybe?
No idea. Dallas would pounce on him IMO.
I guess if you look at him back to back with more experienced guys he might look like a worse player, which he is right now, but we’re betting on the future. Eh, it’s probably happening solely in the draft space and not inside any FOs, they actually want the guys with more room to grow.
That said Spielman should be immune to it.
I don’t know, man. When I watch him I just see an ass kicker. Like a Tyler Smith type but more blessed athletically.
I’m with you. He’s 8th or 9th overall on my board. But he’s definitely raw. I don’t care personally, but it seems others do.
You know that is just media.
No one has thoughts on Caelen Carson?
Draft fatigue at its finest with mims (Also Guyton and JPJ stock rising since the senior bowl)
I would love to go. Depends how I am feeling. Probably wont.
Sorry. I do like Carson at where he’s currently being projected. Seems like good value. But I didn’t watch Wake at all last year but prior I did quite watch them quite a bit bc Hartman in the Clawson slow mesh system was all kinds of fun. Carson definitely flashed in 2022. It’s my understanding that his play was more up and down this year but that is true of that whole program.
I like him, but… well what you see with Green re: locating and making plays on the ball, I see with Carson. He’s not much of a playmaker because of it.
I also read somewhere that he gives way too much cushion when playing off and I agree, though maybe that’s how he was coached. I would also like for him to show a little more consistent want-to against the run. Sometimes flies around, but other times he just sort of hangs out near his blocker.
But I also think he might be the best - or at least most experienced - corner in the draft when it comes to playing man AND zone. He’s quite adept at both, and because of that there might be less of an adjustment period. I think he’s great with his hands in press.
Yes, I like him.
Yeah…this sums up a heavy majority of Corners. They dont look for the ball, or when they do they grab. Even the top Corners top CB this year.
What is a good site that has a list of available players with accurate height and weight. I don’t care how they have players ranked or their evaluations. I just need a list because I forget the names.
I was going to comment on 2 CBs that I like in the 3rd round area. The kid from Tulane and the other kid that played in the CFL. I could not find either player on any of the sites I checked.
I’m curious to see TJ Tampa’s testing numbers. I like him as a prospect. I think he’ll be fine in press I don’t have a concern there. Not sure about his long speed, but he’s pretty proficient in off coverage which is impressive for a guy his size.
I don’t know I think he’s intriguing
You won’t get accurate measurements until pro days and combine. Anything published by the college they play for is probably going to be inflated.

This link from senior bowl most guys did weigh in.

Thank you, I have used that to get sizes but it’s only for senior bowl players and another one is for shrine game players. It would be nice to have one site that includes all players. Even a list of players without measurements is asking too much. They don’t keep them up to date.
Yeah for now you have to toggle between sites showing all-star game measurements. Once Lance finishes out his NFL.com stuff it will be there, but he’s only done like the top 100 or so.
Yeah I think Tampa could really skyrocket if he tests like I’ve heard he might. He doesn’t look like a freak athlete on tape but he doesn’t look like a bad one either, and sometimes those guys show up and test like maniacs (Justin Jefferson comes to mind).
