He is absolute trash. Dont care if you give him Megatron and Jerry Rice the dude sucks. He has absolute 0 pocket presence and awareness and can’t look beyond his 1st read. Jared Goff is not an NFL QB

Goff’s so timid. I guess I didn’t see him enough out in L.A. to know if he’s always been somewhat like that.
Give me a less physically gifted but bolder QB, who sees the field better, any day.

The line was bad, IMHO. 9 penalties for 70+ yards. 2 yards per rush attempt. Tons of pressures. Goff needs to look off some of these defenders but he also isn’t really getting time to make more than one or two reads.

Especially when you consider it was well known they were expected to be bad, even healthy.
It looked like in the second half when they went hurry up, they called plays requiring him to throw to the first read, quickly. It stood out on several plays.

I feel like this is Holmes punishing Goff for not panning out in LA.
I never expected Goff to be Stafford but didn’t expect it to be this bad. We certainly didn’t do him and favors by not adding any WR talent.
Th offense was respectable the first few games. Now, it’s lost.
Is that because of tape, injuries, both. Not sure. But it isn’t fun to watch or stomach.
These topics always turn to a Goff vs. Stafford thing.

Ok that’s a bit much…Goff went to a Super Bowl with Robert Woods, Cooper Kupp and Brandon Cooks. He would at least make the playoffs with both Megatron and Jerry Rice…come on now!

Yup. Plus Swift can’t block for the life of him. I mean we have a DE playing RT, a rookie RT playing LT who is struggling badly, a C who was a bubble practice squad player…
Plus a WR group full of castoff practice squad guys. Goff needs to play better for sure but good grief. Talk about being set up to fail

What I see too. I am hoping it can get MUCH better with additional WR help.
We have nothing to trade that won’t hurt this team going forward.
