When he gets to 3,000 hits, he will join Henry Aaron, Willie Mays, Rafael Palmeiro, Eddie Murray, Alex Rodriguez and Albert Pujols as the only players in baseball history with 3,000 hits and 500 home runs. Cabrera also needs three doubles to reach 600.
Only Aaron and Pujols have produced 3,000 hits, 500 homers and 600 doubles.

Tigers signed a great arm for the BP andrew chafin 2 year deal.

Good signings, really like the Chafin signing and Peralta did well at times last year.
I hope we trade for Luis Castillo, but I’m probably dreaming.
Chafin is a really nice get and Peralta pitched well last year. Nice grabs. I’d like another righty bullpen arm like Mychal Givens, and another swing guy like Peralta for depth, though I guess you could call Chase Anderson that.
My hope isnthat Wentz or Faedo push their way up sooner than later. Maybe even see some Red Bull near the end of the year.

That would be sick if we could get at least one.
I would imagine somethimg like Faedo or Wentz and Kreidler plus a lottery ticket rookie ball guy or dominican prospect.
