The last part is because people are sick of lad getting who ever they want. Skubal is worth more then what they got. Just my opinion.

I don’t get the whole make the playoffs deal. Goal is to win World Series. Beating a shitty Cleveland team to be playoff fodder is mildly exciting at best.

Who is talking tanking. It’s about percentages, maximizing percentages. If prices are going up we should trade Mize.
Prospects on the verge of the MLB will play long before draft picks. Our window opens next year if we play it right.

We will get a first round pick when Mize walks at the end of the season. So anybody who wants him is going to have to give a good prospect to make it worth our while.
I guess we will see how hot Mize really is.
