I heard that it was basically between the Brewers and the Dodgers for Skubal but the Brewers did not have the starting pitcher depth that the Dodgers had to meet Detroits demand of a starting pitcher in return. At this point, the world is littered with people making negative shit up about Detroit becasue Skubal went to the Dodgers.
