You can tell from what the Giants got back there were clearly a lot of teams in on Arraez. Marquez will almost certainly slide into the most top 100s end of year if he keeps anywhere near this performance through year end.

I’d hope so, because Arraez is a GOOD baseball player, who would still be a fantastic fit here in Detroit.

Interesting move. Soriano is under team control for 2 more seasons so seems like a smart move.
Cease, Soriano and Yesavage is a good top 3. Gotta get more pitching in free agency next year

Soriano is very hit or miss. All about control for him. One of my good friends is an Angels fan and has told me many times that he’s one of the best in baseball if he can just locate his pitches. His stuff is very very good.

But the White Sox grabbing Huascar Brazoban from the Mets is exactly the kind of move Harris should be making. Dude found it this year and is dealing, is cheap and controllable. Available for a lotto ticket low A prospect. Big miss there. Even Caleb Killian would have been a decent get.
