I don’t think AD has a NTC, because if he did then I doubt he would’ve allowed the Luka trade last year.

I’m pretty sure the only players in the league with a full NTC are LeBron, Steph, and Dame if I’m not mistaken.

I doubt that he ever actually plays for Toronto.
As part of the deal, the Raptors will send Ochai Agbaji, a 2032 second-round pick and cash to the Brooklyn Nets.
Charania reports that the Raptors will not require Paul to report to Toronto, and could still discuss trades involving him before Thursday’s deadline.
But the deal gets the Raptors out of the luxury tax.
