I agree that it’s primarily the timing that I object to. But it’s a long seasoj. They get to 5-6 wins and I’m for going at it once more but with an experienced and competent DC.

I don’t think he should lose his job, but if he just happened to be fired into the sun it might knock some sense into him.
We could have a tri-head coach of Saban, Belichik, and Lombardi and the Lions are still going to suck… forever. The draft is the lions Super Bowl and we are always in the playoffs for our Super Bowl.
This was our first ‘poor’ performance.
Most of us predicted anywhere from 5 to 10 wins, many at 6 or 7.
Still very realistic.
But right now, damn depressing.

I don’t see another win on the schedule.
When people watch today’s performance, on top of the shitshow that was making Geno Smith look like Tom Brady, and say, “Sure, maybe another 4 or 5 wins” I just … can’t.
It’s a colossally, historically bad team.
