Don’t get me started on the mass meat mfg industry. Really disgusting stuff going on there. The allowed tolerances for disease, fecal contamination and worse would be enough for most people to never touch a hamburger again. Ignorance is truly bliss when it comes to North American meat consumption. Chicken is even worse than beef, but both are pretty toxic. I encourage everyone to know where the meat you are consuming actually comes from.
