I’m a big fan of 80’s and 90’s country. I thought that was the era with greatest number of fantastic musicians and song writers in the industry/genre.

Replace 90’s with 70’s and I’m right with you. 70’s-80’s were the golden age of country. It’s what was always playing in Dad’s garage and 78 Ford F-150. Growing up in the country in Southern MI, hunting, fishing and crashing all means of snowmobiles, 3 wheelers, dirt bikes, the mini-bike that would run for 5 minutes, then sit on my Dad’s work bench for 8 months… those were the salad days!

I inow a guy that goes to this festival every year…. rents an RV and stays in a campground.
He always takes “props” to the shows… and one made it on stage last year during Limp Bizkit.

The crazy thing is that he brought the same “prop” to that festival several years ago… and Dave Groehl stopped a Foo Fighters song to point it out… and then worked it into the lyrics of the song when he resumed singing.

wanna talk about too many dad rock bands INKarcerated fest this year is crap.
But as for music lately. God i alway forget how good their ENITER discography is goated

Damn, several bands there we’ve seen before and really enjoy.
Fozzy was fun when we saw them at a festival in Vegas 10-15yrs ago.

Big Collective Soul fan. Love the guitar player and the licks and sounds he achieves. Saw them in 2023 with one of my boys. Lead singer had a bad nose bleed due to elevation. He made a joke out of it and held onto a big scarf to keep wiping his nose. He was a trooper about it.
Drummer smiled like a Chesire cat the whole time They seemed like they really enjoyed making music and playing for the crowd.

Probably my favorite classical symphony. From beginning to end. It captures life in nature and the joy and optimism. What a masterpiece. What a great recording of both audio and video quality.

Met his agent in San Francisco at a “NAIRD” convention," National Association of Independent Record Distributors (NAIRD ), he wanted to get the rights to a song a friend of mine had written. He died in the helicopter crash a few months later so it never came together.
