Cypress Hill just dropped a Raggaeton album today? Or at least heavily raggaeton. It’s fun! Though my auditory cortex is too full of decades old bong resin to not forever be a Cypress Hill-stan.
Err I guess the single has been out for a couple months but full album this AM.

Chester had a lot of mental problems. Depression is a bad disease and most people cant see it. But I did like his stand on that certain thing.

She had the ability to make her version of other peoples song the BEST version, “Blue Bayou”, etc. This is an old Leadbelly song that Long John Baldry made better…
After finding the Leadbelly recording I saw that this song was a traditional song dating back to the 1870’s. For me, the Leadbelly recording was all I knew of it and had no idea that it was part of a longer tradition.

Heitor villa lobos was a Brazilian composer, cellist, guitarist, and now one of the most recognized South American composers. His work is amazing and all worth checking out.
